Return and Refund
- Please open the parcel in front of the delivery person upon receiving it. If the product is damaged or defective, return it immediately with the delivery person.
- If you wish to return a product without any defect, a 10% restocking fee will apply and the customer must cover all courier and delivery charges.
- Returns must be made within 7 days, and the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
